1 General Provisions and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the hi11 platform and all services under it. By accessing the hi11 website or mobile platform, creating an account, or using any service, you are considered to have agreed to these Terms.

hi11 is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, and live casino services to users in Bangladesh and other designated regions.

1.1 Effectiveness of Terms

These Terms take effect from the date of publication and remain applicable for as long as your hi11 account is active. Continuing to use the platform means you agree to abide by the current Terms.

2 Account Registration and Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

To open an account and use services on hi11, you must be at least 21 years of age. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. Providing false information about your age may result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

2.2 One Person — One Account

Each person may create only one account on hi11. If multiple accounts are found under the same person's name, within the same household, or from the same device or IP address, they will be considered duplicate accounts and may be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Providing accurate and complete information at the time of registration is mandatory, including:

• Full legal name (as per national ID card or passport)
• Valid email address
• Active mobile number
• Correct date of birth

hi11 reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) at any time. If verification is not completed, account access, deposits, or withdrawal facilities may be restricted.

2.4 Geographic Restrictions

hi11 does not provide services to users from certain countries or regions. Attempts to create an account from a restricted area will be declined. It is your responsibility to notify hi11 if your location changes.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your hi11 account. Keep your password and login details strictly confidential and do not share them with anyone.

3.1 Password Security

• Use a strong password — a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters.
• hi11 will never ask for your password via email or chat.
• If you notice any suspicious activity, contact [email protected] immediately.

3.2 Liability for Unauthorized Access

Any activity carried out from your account — whether authorized or not — will be considered your responsibility, unless you have promptly notified hi11 of a security breach.

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

A hi11 account is entirely personal and non-transferable. Selling, renting, transferring, or allowing anyone else to use your account is a clear violation of these Terms.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on hi11 is ৳100. Deposits can be made using the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank).

Deposited funds must come only from the registered account owner's own payment source. Depositing funds from third-party accounts or unknown sources is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. The following conditions must be met for withdrawals:

• Account verification (KYC) must be completed.
• Withdrawal requests can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• The bonus-related wagering requirement must be fulfilled before that portion of funds can be withdrawn.
• hi11 may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal as part of fraud prevention.

4.3 Processing Time

Successful withdrawal requests on hi11 are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. For bank transfers, the bank's own processing time may add to this.

4.4 Currency

All transactions on hi11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits made in other currencies will be converted automatically, and a conversion charge may be deducted where applicable.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the hi11 platform:

7.1 Fraud and Deception

• Providing false or altered identity information.
• Unauthorized use of another person's account or payment details.
• Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse the bonus system.
• Any attempt at chargebacks or payment fraud.

7.2 Software Abuse

• Using bots, scripts, or automated software to influence game outcomes.
• Attempting to find security vulnerabilities or system weaknesses in the platform.
• Conducting cyber attacks against hi11.

7.3 Money Laundering

hi11 follows a strict policy against money laundering. Any suspicious financial activity will be reported to the relevant authorities immediately and the associated account will be closed.

8 Account Suspension and Closure

8.1 hi11's Rights

hi11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of the Terms.
• Failure to complete identity verification or providing false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Meeting legal or regulatory requirements.
• Long-term inactive accounts (at hi11's discretion).

8.2 User Rights

You may close your own account at any time by sending a written request to [email protected]. Valid balances may be withdrawn before account closure, subject to wagering requirements being met.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

hi11 may take action regarding the balance of long-term inactive accounts in accordance with its own policy. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts — hi11 publishes the details of this separately.
